The 3-month Clean Living Program is a program designed to not only clean up your diet but also your lifestyle. It includes an 8 week tailored eating plan to cleanse and detox your system and to teach you about how to make healthier food choices.
In addition to a customized program and one-on-one coaching sessions this program includes a shopping tour and a cooking demonstration, where we share tips and techniques in how to shop and cook healthy recipes that suits the whole family.
